What color can we choose?
CMYK 4 color process + PMS + PANTONE color available.
Notice: colors of products may vary slightly from files due to photography, scanning etc.

What format design file shall we provide?
Appreciate Ai, CRD, PDF files, better with the fonts of the file.

Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
We are a Chinese manufacture with more than 15 years packaging and printing experiences, we have our own factory and associated factory partners, also have trade dept., stuffs speaks with excellent oral English, thus can provide efficiency communication for customer.

Can we get samples?
We will charge USD$70 as sample charge. It will be refunded once the order is confirmed. Sample time is 1-2 days without printing after receiving the sample charge.
a) You can give us your courier account number (ie.Fedex, DHL TNT, or UPS)
b) You can ask your courier to collect samples from our factory.
c) You can wire freight to us in advance and we shall arrange all.

Lead time?
1. 3-4 days for sample proofing.
2. Normally 7-14 days for mass production. Depends on qty.
