Q4:If I want you to design the product,what should i offer to you?
A4:If you don't have your own designer,pls tell us your idea,then we will design for you.
If you have your own designer,pls send us the artwork(by AI or EPS or CDR or PSD File 300 dpi at actual size or larger. in CMYK) which is editable.Include any special
instructions in a separate file or separate layer.And don't forget the bleed and safety areas.
Indicate die lines,and kiss cuts on separate layers.
Q5:What is bleed?
A5:Artwork must bleed an 1/8" beyond the actual or larger size on all sides.A bleed does not count towards
your final size,you don't need to pay for the bleed because it will be cut off.For example,
if your size is 4'*4' then the file you submit should be 4.25' *4.25'(two sides) .
Q6:How can I get a quote?
A6:Pls send us the product's material,size,thickness, packing details, printing,order quantity

Q7:Can we get some samples for free?
A7:Yes we can provide you some free stock sample,but should freight collect.
Q8:Can I split my order into different designs?
A8:Yes,but the amount for a single design should be reaching to a MOQ.
