Our sales team have a special Militarize training each year , they live in a remote and closed school , without phones , without leaders , all of them only a soldier, must listen to the coach's order, running , standing powerful posure, trianing unity games , thanking each other who ever given you help , trust each other during team games .... for one week . 

And take this unity spirit to work , 

1.insist sports to have a  good body in order to bear better during work , 

2. working with each other with more trust , believe they can do part well , and leading a good result. And during your position , you also keep good mindset to work it better . 

3. thanks everybody around you , thanks customers give you orders , thanks boss give you a chance to work here , thanks leaders guid you for your work, thanks colleagues share their experience which do help to you , thanks workers make your products well , thanks your family support you working here couldn't compare them everyday.... with a thanking heart , our sales have better understanding and support dealing ways and ideas to help our cusotmers better on their packages , and customers better , they also grow up better. To create a win-win cooperationship for longer. 

4. have a positive living opinion during their life , we working happy together , and our teamers love our company much , and our experience more stable and professional.
